Siban Ndlovu

Principal Consultant & Director

Qualifications: BEng (Met), MEng (Mngmt)

Membership: MAusIMM (CP), RPEQ, MIEAust

Since graduating as a metallurgist more than 20years ago, Siban has been delivering significant capital and improvement projects within the resources industry in Australia and Africa. His wealth of experience covers full project lifecycle including detailed engineering design & commissioning, project management (including client side), safety in design, process design and improvements, mineral processing equipment sizing & selection and Testwork management among others. His experience working for other leading engineering consultancies over many years has empowered him deliver quality solutions. Siban’s commodity experience include coal processing, base metals, gold, iron ore, and battery minerals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering and a master’s degree in Engineering Management.

Dr. Givemore Sakuhuni

Senior Consultant

Qualifications: BEng (Met), MEng (MSOM), PhD (Mining & Mineral Processing)

Membership: MCIMM, SAIMM, APEGA

Throughout his career Dr. Sak has been providing expert process and metallurgical engineering solutions across several countries including Canada, USA, Mongolia, Africa, and Turkey. His expertise in mineral extraction, tailings processing, research and development covers a range of minerals including gold & precious metals, base metals, and oil sands. His specialization is in Mineral processing including Gravity Concentration, Flotation and Flocculation. With qualifications in operations management and on the ground operations experience, he ensures that every design is relatable to the end user. He holds a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering, a master’s degree in Manufacturing systems & Operations Management and a PhD in Mining & Mineral Processing.
